Welcome to Sekeee. By downloading, installing, or using the Sekeee mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Sekeee is a personal movie and television tracking tool. It allows you to discover content, organize a personal library (watchlist, watched, favorites), rate titles, and view viewing statistics. The App does not stream, download, or play any media.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sekeee. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its underlying data sources.
Interfere with or disrupt the App or any servers or networks connected to it.

4. Third-Party Content

Catalog data displayed in Sekeee (titles, posters, cast, descriptions, ratings) is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). Sekeee is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. You can review TMDB's terms at themoviedb.org/terms-of-use.

5. User Data

All personal library data (watchlist, watched history, favorites, ratings) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for any backups. Uninstalling the App will remove this data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by the Sekeee developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that catalog information is accurate, complete, or up to date, or that the App will be available without interruption.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sekeee developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or restrict access at our discretion.
